Terms of Service
Cancellations or appointment changes made at least two business day in advance allows our team the opportunity to accommodate other guests and will be greatly appreciated. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to lose the deposit of the service. No-show reservations are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the service appointment.
Please arrive at least 3 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow you time to unwind, enjoy a beverage and preview a possible new look!
To ensure the promptness of all appointments we reserve the right to reschedule any appointment that is 15 minutes late or later to another convenient time. We will always do our best to accommodate our guests however, we can only do what we can with the time available. Deposit for that appointment will be lost.
The Salon welcomes children over the age of 10. Please remind your children to avoid running, spinning or climbing on chairs, or opening any closed drawers in the space. As much as we love your bundles of joy we cannot perform lengthy services with children less than 10 years in the waiting area.
The Salon stands firmly behind all of its salon services. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your service please contact us immediately so we can remedy the situation. Tweaks and adjustments will be honored for one week of the date of service.
The Salon Accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and cash for payment of services and products. We do not accept checks of any form for payment.
Due to the artistic nature of what we do, we cannot offer refunds on services performed. However, we will work tirelessly to ensure you are satisfied.
The Salon proudly stands behind all of its products. Should you find dissatisfaction with any of these products purchased at The Salon, we will gladly apply the full value of the returned product to another product of your choice if returned within 15 days from date of purchase.
